1. About Us
Bengal Harvest has been sourcing and producing chemical-free agro-based food products since 2017, working directly with smallholder farmers across Bangladesh. We sell on both a retail and wholesale basis.
2. Orders
- Placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or phone constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via [SMS/WhatsApp/phone call/E-Mail].
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). No online payment gateway is active at this time. For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is collected in advance via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order; the product price is still paid in cash on delivery. See our Payment page for details.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in BDT with no additional VAT or hidden charges. Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Product Availability
Because our products are sourced from farmers and natural harvests, availability, size, color, and quantity of raw/agro products may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.
5. Delivery

6. Cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability
Bengal Harvest is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
